13 room historic country inn with lodgings in 1732 manor and plantation dependencies dating from 1699 to 1850 with fine dining restaurant. B&B rates from $195 to $350 (includes pre-dinner wine reception and full country breakfast-in-bed (or dining room). Prie-fixe four course dinner at table for two available most evenings @ $49pp. 7% VA sales and lodging taxes not included.
Owned and operated by the Sheehan family since 1977. Bill is a sailor, rides a Harley Road King, and is a history and Civil War buff as well as chef for 32+ years.

Prospect Hill is our favorite romantic getaway with everything we were looking for: welcoming staff, fantastic restaurant (they say the blessing before dinner), quiet grounds to wander, a pool and shade pavilion, a gazebo looking out over the grounds, no TV in room, even breakfast-in-bed!! We love it here!!
