Loved the location, close to everything. The Innkeepers and staff tended to every need that we had.The owners work very hard to maintain the historic Inn down to the finest detail. We look forward to returning with friends!

I have stayed several times at The Gatehouse Country Inn - in Summer and Winter. Very relaxing and such a respite from the hectic life. Our room was so comfortable, CLEAN, and cozy, the owners were always so friendly, and the house is so interesting, with its history. The breakfasts are really hearty and delicious, not to mention an occasional jolly cocktail hour with Cindy and Gordon, the owners.

Clean and upscale and sleek and sexy omg this smi is the bomb --great music and ultra plush rooms and you can be naked and there are not any single male pervs there. Sea Mountain inn offers boutique luxury and wonderful dancing each night and yes you can be sensual and this is the only spa in the USA like this and we are proud to have this so close to San Diego We Love it

Betsy and Woody treated us very well during our stay August 2010. A lovely place, excellent breakfast, and the never empty cookie jar is really a treat! Definitely worth a return visit.

From the moment we walked through the threshold of this gorgeous Victorian home, my husband and I were blown away. The house is beautifully appointed in period antiques with touches of whimsy and incredible architectural details. Our hosts, Jim and Larry were incredibly gracious, and worked hard at every moment to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room, appropriately named The Victorian, was absolutely beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and our room, as well as the rest of the house, was immaculately clean. Our breakfast each morning was served on beautiful antique dinnerware, and the food was nothing short of scrumptious. My husband and I are definitely making plans to go back and would recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone looking to escape from the hustle and bustle. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and unplug from the world while enjoying the splendor of a gorgeous Victorian home. We would rate it an 11 out of 10!
