Liverpool House is situated in the small market town of Rhayader in the County of Powys. It consists of the main house and annexe and the car park is situated between the two buildings.
Rhayader is just over two miles from the Elan Valley Complex which has six reservoirs set in outstanding countryside. This countryside is suitable for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers and the Gigrin Red Kite Feeding Station can be seen from the Guest House.
