This B&B is in a great location, just a block from the sea. Bray's beach is the best of all the coastal beaches in Wicklow. It is also extremely convenient to Dublin. I did not have a car, and Iveragh is a short walk to the Dart, which took me right into Dublin City. Also, Kathleen has ways of getting things done for her guests. She made a phone call and I was able to get a tour bus to Glendalough and the Wicklow Way without having to go into Dublin. Kathleen herself is a great personality and takes good care of her guests. As I was a woman traveling alone, I appreciated this. The breakfast is full Irish, and at breakfast you'll meet other travelers from around the world.
