We like to think that what people want is a “home from home” when travelling for whatever reason. That’s what we strive to offer here at the Shannon Court.

Our guest house offers 8 well proportioned, comfortable rooms, all with en-suite facilities. The rooms offer everything you would expect at an above average guest house catering from the business person to the tourist. They are:

* agreeably furnished,
* always spotlessly clean,
* tea and coffee making facilities,
* television and hairdryers,
* wi-fi enabled (free), and
* centrally heated.

We are a non smoking establishment and unfortunately the only dogs we can accept are those used as working dogs for the blind or hard of hearing.

We serve you breakfast, at a time convenient to the start of your day, in our traditional dining room with its beautiful marble fireplace. As we offer both a traditional full English breakfast for those with a hearty appetite, or the “healthier” options which are becoming more popular, you can have it tailored to your individual taste. Just ask and we will let you know what we have available to set you up for your day.

You don’t have to worry about parking either. In addition to our private parking spaces, we provide parking permits free of charge for the duration of your stay and there are ample on-street parking slots available right outside our door.
