The Admirals Rest Guest House is an elegant Victorian building very close to the town centre. In Victorian times it was a Workhouse for the poor and orphaned of the area.

All our rooms are well proportioned and have en-suite or private facilities. They have tea making facilities, CTV, radio alarms, hairdryers and central heating. We have a private car park with plenty of space for guests cars. Children are especially welcome in our large family rooms, with a cot and high chair available for the very small.

A full English breakfast is included in the price.

Just a few minutes away there are good restaurants, a cinema, an indoor fun pool and all the local shops. The motorway is approximately 1 mile away offering easy access to Bristol and Exeter.

Bridgwater is the ideal base for exploring the West Country. Within half an hour you could be walking the Quantock Hills, lazing on the beach or shopping at a designer village.
