Owners, Joan and Karen, would like to welcome you to Colin House - a small and friendly 4 star rated guest house, offering bed & breakfast. Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 50 metres from Preston Sands, and a short stroll on the level into Paignton town centre.
Local attractions such as Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Oldway Mansion, Kents Cavern and the Living Coast (to name a few) are easily accessible. Or explore the neighbouring towns of Torquay, Brixham and Totnes, or venture further to the wilds of Dartmoor National Park. We've got it all.
Our rooms are all bright and fresh, and are en-suite with TV, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and generous beverage tray. Free Wi-fi access.
Our extensive breakfast menu includes Full English breakfast and vegetarian options, and is cooked to order by Joan, the way you like it. If you have special dietary needs, tell us and we will do all we can to accommodate you.
