Gillian and Paul Butterworth would like to welcome you to Blue Waters Lodge, a friendly family run licensed guesthouse ideally located in a central yet quiet area of Paignton.

Blue Waters Lodge is conveniently situated within easy level walking distance of the seafront, harbour, shops and entertainments, yet still in a quiet location for a peaceful holiday. It is only a 5 minute walk from both Railway and Coach stations.

We have a variety of clean, comfortably furnished bedrooms. All are ensuite and include a 4 poster room (ideal for that special occasion), family room and family suite that comfortably accommodates up to 2 children or adults. All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities and freeview TV. Hair dryers and toiletries are also provided. An iron, ironing board and trouser press are available on request.

After a hard day on the beach take the 'stones throw' walk back to Blue Waters Lodge and enjoy a refreshing drink in our well stocked bar or on the front Patio. Our comfortable guest lounge has freeview TV and a DVD player plus a selection of board games and books for guest use.

Our Bed & Breakfast tariff is the same all the year round with no increase for the School or Bank Holidays. The longer you stay, the less per night you pay.

Free WiFi access is available throughout the Guest House. A FAX service is also available.

Small wedding and funeral groups catered for including buffet if required.
