Woodlands Country House is a comfortable and informal bed and breakfast guesthouse, standing in a rural setting with farmland views, sweeping down to Trevone Bay. Pippa & Hugo Woolley would like to welcome you to this large Victorian House in Treator (pronounced ‘traitor’) near Padstow on the North Cornish Coast. There are eight double and twin rooms all individually and stylishly decorated. The four principle bedrooms and four standard rooms. There are two Family Suites with adjoining rooms for parents and up to 3 children.

Two of the rooms are situated on the ground floor, these are suitable for wheelchair users or elderly or infirm guests. One of these rooms is equipped with a disabled custom built shower room en-suite. All rooms have shower or bath en-suite, digital flat-screen television with DVD , Roberts clock radio, direct dial telephone and a teas and coffee tray, a fridge with fresh milk, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. We provide dressing gowns and luxury toiletries.

The Blue room is for guests to relax in, and have a drink; help yourself at the Honesty Bar, play a game of chess or Cornish Monopoly. Our famous breakfasts are served with a free newspaper of the guest’s choice in the Dining Room and Sunroom with the ‘view’. We are very proud of our breakfast: as it’s the only meal we do, we make sure we do the best.

Other services we provide include; WIFI connection to Broadband for guests, and a computer desk for the guests to use, to check emails and to search the Web. Woodlands Country House has off-road free parking, a croquet lawn, a table-tennis shed and a large, lawned paddock for dogs and children to run around or a peaceful evening stroll with a glass of wine. We can help with activities, walks, and the advise on the wonderful restaurants in and around Padstow.
