Beneath wheeling sea birds and close to blond beaches, the big square 1870's Country House has amazing views of skies and sea. It overlooks the Godrevy Lighthouse, the inspiration for Virginia Woolfe's "To the Lighthouse", and winter seals cavort at the colony nearby. A fresh uncomplicated decor brings a tang of the sea to every room. Atrworks recall a world of surf, deckchair stripes clothe the dining roomtable and dress the windows, traditional sofas call for quiet times with a book, especially in the winter in front of the wood-burning stove. Jilly and Nigel are a testament to the sea air, a life around the surf, and look after you beautifully.
