My B&B is situated in a quiet village within walking distance of the sea. It is a quiet tranquil place you are encouraged to sit in the garden when weather permits.
East Preston is a very good home base for visiting such places as Arundel with its castle and antique shops , Parham House, Petworth House, Goodwood for the the horse and car racing, Brighton, Chichester, Worthing and Portsmouth.
The village has an assortment of restaurants to walk to in the evenings and a couple of pubs
A place to unwind and be looked after.
