Yew Tree Barn B&B, near Sevenoaks is a converted barn built around 1810 and is located in a tranquil, secluded hamlet, yet only two miles from the M20/M26 motorways to London, the Channel ports, major airports, and situated equidistant between Sevenoaks, Maidstone and Tonbridge. It is also an ideal base for visiting London by train; the local station Borough Green to London Victoria or City Thames Link (St. Paul’s Cathedral) is 1.5 miles. We are ideally located for easy access to visit the numerous National Trust, English Heritage properties in Kent and Sussex and Hever, Leeds, and Bodiam castles. The London Golf Club and several other private and public golf courses, and, Brands Hatch motor circuit are located within six miles. The automobile specialists ‘Brands Hatch Morgan’ and ‘Ghost Motors’ (Rolls Royce and Bentley) are one mile away. The Olympic Stadium at Stratford, East London is 30 miles and accessible by train or car, and the second largest shopping centre in Europe, Blue Water is 20 miles away. There are several pubs and top quality restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

Yew Tree Barn B&B offers large en-suite bedrooms, which can sleep up to 4 or 5 persons to provide flexible accommodation. The ground-floor suite is a large bedroom with a king-size bed and single bed which can sleep 3 persons, plus an adjoining single room. This is suitable for partially disabled persons. The upstairs en-suite family room has splendid views across open countryside and can sleep up to five persons (assuming at least two children). We have a third bedroom, again with countryside views and private bathroom (downstairs). All bedrooms have TV, tea and coffee making facilities and we offer a hospitality tray on your arrival. A travel cot is also available on request.

We have two guest sitting rooms, one with oak beams, a wood burning stove and Sky TV, and the other, a reading room over looking the front garden with Wi-Fi installed. The oak beamed dining room with French oak furniture overlooks the rear garden, and we offer a full English breakfast, Continental, or Vegetarian and cater for glucose free diets, using local produce. Breakfast is normally served between 6.30- 9.00 am. For those guests who require an early start, we offer a takeaway breakfast.

There is parking within the property, and motor cycles and bicycles can be stored under cover. The front garden is available for guests to use for general relaxation.
