This ADULT ONLY non-smoking b & b set in the heart of the beautiful English lake district, Elim House offers a warm and friendly and peaceful welcome to all. We cater for varied diets on request and are gay friendly. Our award winning garden is the perfect place to relax and unwind and all rooms are individual decorated to a high standard. We have four poster beds for that extra special occasion and one room has both bath and shower en-suite. We have 2 rooms with superkingsize beds to accommodate those who like to stretch out or who are taller than average. All rooms have freeview flat screen tv's, hospitality tray, hairdryer, tissues and seating. Smokers are welcome provided they only smoke in the garden. Bikers welcome, we have plenty of storage for bikes too. Private car park and on-street parking with no restrictions. Minimum 2 nights at weekends and 3 nights at bank holidays. No pets allowed.
