Friendly family run Guest House, only seven minutes walk from the RSC Theatre. A short cut to the rear of the property, along The Old Tramway Walk, takes you along a pleasant tree lined path away from traffic to the Town Centre and the River Avon. Leave your car behind on the private driveway, while you explore the birthplace of William Shakespeare. There are several major historic sights within easy travelling distance of Stratford. Warwick Castle 15 minutes, Coughton Court (The Gunpowder Plot) 20 minutes, Blenheim Palace 30 minutes. Sudeley Castle (home of Katherine Parr sixth wife of Henry VIII and the beauty of the Cotswolds 30 minutes. Other stately homes too numerous to mention only a short distance.
