Ann and John welcome you to their beautiful family home Fairlands - a Grade 2 listed, traditional Northamptonshire farmhouse with a wealth of character - oak beams, inglenook fireplace, Aga, delightful mature gardens and safe off road parking to the rear of the property. The house is centrally located in the village opposite the village hall. We provide Bed and Breakfast and are within a short walking distance of The Black Horse and The Queen's Head, both of which provide excellent meals.
Fairlands Bed & Breakfast makes an ideal base for touring or for business people, offering a friendly relaxed atmosphere with a home from home feel. Wireless internet access (wi-fi) is available to our guests.
Our traditional farmhouse kitchen offers a warm welcome and an Aga cooked English breakfast to suit your tastes. Continental breakfast or special dietary needs are available on request.
We use quality produce, sourced locally wherever possible from our village butcher and similar suppliers.
