6 Bedroom detached Victorian Guest House in a stunning location with fantastic views of the lake and just minutes away from Mablethorpe town centre. The award winning beautiful sandy beach is less than 30 yards away. All rooms are en suite/private facilities and include a welll stocked hospitality tray, free satellite TV, hairdryers and thermostatically controlled central heating. For our elderley and disabled guests, we have a ground floor bedroom with full wet floor en suite which is suitable for wheelchair users.We have ample free private parking and a large garden with picnic benches overlooking the lake. We are a family run guest house and look forward to welcoming you all year round. We will endeavor to meet your every need to enable you to have a truly relaxing stay.
