Marie, Glenn, Sophie-Rose(5yrs) & cat Tigger, invite you to come experience West Coast hospitality in the privacy of our unit. Separate from the house, our room is surrounded with gardens, farmland, rainforest, native birds and mountain views. Also avaiable a self-contained unit with cooking facilities on a separtate property near Lake Mapourika - a perfect country retreat. Marie's family have lived in Franz Josef over 100 years, so has lots of local knowledge and is able to assist with bookings on Helicopter Flights, Glacier Walks, Fishing, etc.

We stayed at this B&B the end of April 2001, and it was just beautiful. It is very independent of the house and easy to find. In town there are many nice places to eat, especially the "Cheeky Kea." Franz Josef Glacier is easily located. Marie even served us a very delicious breakfast in our room. We couldn't'have asked for more. 		(none)
