Welcome to the comfort, warmth and hospitality of our 2 storey home. Our livingroom, kitchen, diningroom and veranda are upstairs and lined with local timbers, with 360-degree views of glacier valley, mountains, farms and the township. We're the closest homestay to the glacier and 2 minutes walk to all eating and tourist facilities. We are happy to book your local activities. The bus goes past our home. We offer a special cooked vegetarian breakfast. We have 1 cat, Koko, 1 dog, Ace.

Folks, I highly recommend you come and stay the Roaring Billy Lodge. We did in Jan 2007 ! Kathy's breakfast are superb and will give you a great start to the day. The rooms have great beds and dresser's contain a folder filled with useful information about things to do in the area. Kathys is more than accommodating in assisting you with enquiries. As the write up says this homestay is seriously a 3 min stroll (not drive) to the centre of the Flox Glacier's shops, restaurants and Tourist booking offices. Highly recommend Roaring Billy Lodge for your stay.
