Seaview Loft is a small, self-contained apartment, with
It's own laundry facilities. It is ideal for singles or couples wanting a break away from the everyday routines of life, or for those who want a home away from home for an extended stay in the Wellington region.There is a small outdoor deck area providing spectacular views of Wellington harbour and city, and across to Petone. In spring and summer there is an abundance of bird life with Tui and Kereru nesting in the neighbouring forest. On still nights one can hear the distinctive call of the Ruru
(Morepork owl).
There is an excellent bus service to Petone. Lower Hutt and Wellington, and a ferry service from nearby Days Bay into Wellington City.
In addition to Seaview Loft, Chris and Ken also rent the main house out from time to time for families visiting Wellington. The house has 3 - 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable living areas. Availability of the main house is subject to Chris and Ken's travel arrangements as they live in Rarotonga for two to four months every year.
