Golden Downs has 1 large bedroom (and sofa bed in the living area) and is fully furnished with all you need for a relaxing holiday or break, including 'Freeview TV' and a wood burning fire in the kitchen!

Relax in the peaceful and extremely private setting of one and a half acres of grounds overlooking farmland known as Golden Downs. Outdoor furniture, wood and BBQ provided.

There's plenty to see and do in the area. Nearby Riversdale and Castle Point offer Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, Swimming, Fishing, Surfing, Walking, Diving and Boating.

Whareama has a Boat Ramp and small Church. Close by Tinui has a Pub, Local Store, Cafe, Craft Shop and Living Historic Village as well as the oldest ANZAC Memorial Cross.

Golden Downs is an ideal base for families, surfers, fishermen and golfers!

Locally you can charter a fishing boat, go canoeing or make use of the Whareama Boat Launch which is only 3 minutes drive away. During the summer months you have access to a swimming pool and tennis court (at the local school, easy walking distance away).
