The Ambers is now in a 1920s 2 storey home originally from Lowry Bay in Wellington, moved over the Rimutaka Ranges and set on a lovely private section with mature trees. We offer spacious accommodation in this new home.





The Cherub Room has a large ensuite bathroom, queen bed, TV and coffee making facilities, french doors opening onto deck.





The Vintage Suite provides a large ensuite bathroom, king bed, private lounge with TV and coffee making facilities, a single bed for extra guests or children in the same group.





The Oak-Aged Room has a shared bathroom, double bed. This room is ideal for any overflow or big groups wishing to stay together.





The Ambers now offers a serviced apartment Petit Maison, with french doors to own outdoor area (see Photo). Great for romantic weekends. Facilities include a mini kitchen with microwave and fridge, lounge area with TV and sofa bed for the kids, a queen bed and bathroom, woodburner.
