Really friendly hosts, full of information! Home made biscuits and marmalade. Wonderful standard of cleanliness and good views too!

The host and hostess were very accommodating & friendly. The lodge have a quiet & lovely garden. The flowers were in full bloom. We & our visitors from the Philipines had a nice stay there.

Only stayed one night in February, but we couldn't have had more help and advice from Janet and Colin, they were great hosts, Colin's biscuits were good too. Great continental breakfast. We would recommend to friends. Many thanks from Pat & Mike Leggett, England.

A beautiful garden setting and an amazingly warm and friendly welcome made my stay at Waitomo Caves one of the best places I've stayed in NZ. The hosts were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I have no reservations about recommending the Guest Lodge.
