Beds Total 2 bedrooms , 1 master bedroom with Superking and 1 single bed. Superking can be split into 2 singles. 2nd bedroom is bunkroom with 3 sets of bunks ie: 6 singles. Couch in lounge is very comfy and can sleep 2 singles or 1 double.
Bathrooms 1 Private , Bathroom has shower, vanity and toilet. Plenty of hot water.

Leigh Barton Cottage is situated in beautiful, rural Cambridge, on our 512 acre working Farm. Nestled on the fringe of 250 acres of untouched native bush, the cottage is surrounded with wildlife, birdsong and stunning silence! Recently renovated and set up as a casual Kiwi bach, you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view over the entire Waikato. Take bush walks, relax on the deck, or drive the 5 minutes to Cambridge for shoppping, antiques, great cafes, restaurants and other sights.

Fully self catering. Power is provided by battery and generator.

Rate $100 (NZD) per night for up to 4 people. $25 (NZD) per person per night for each additional person over 4 people.

Cottage is 4WD access only. Check in and out by arrangement. Full cleaning is available on departure for $45 (NZD). No minimum stay. Please enquire for rates for longer stays more than 5 nights.
