Te-Aunui is a 300 acre sheep and beef farm. We offer a fully self-contained 3 bedroomed homestead fr guests to explore the farm from or join Marg and I as we work our way through the farm year, shearing, rearing calves, lambing etc. Or enjoy the novelty golf hole and claybird shooting(extra). Te-Aunuiis an ideal base to tour the Rangitikei from with one of Marg's picnic hampers. TV, phone and internet access but no cell phone coverage in the valley.

Staying at Te Aunui is staying with friends. Mike and Margy were gracious hosts, fabulous cooks and colorful story tellers. I am afraid we kept them occupied way too late into the evening talking about books, their lives and experiences. We enjoyed the privacy of the three bedroom house with a kitchen and patio. There were four adults traveling together and we appreciated the room to spread out. The tour of the farm and answers to all of our questions were a bounus. I am only sad that we did not spend more time.
