I actually worked here one season, rather than staying as a guest, but it was a lovely place. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous; Mrs. Henderson knows her stuff there. And I can verify the sheep. We only had to chase lambs out of the guesthouse yard once, otherwise they stayed in their pastures. Guesthouse is private with its own drive; hosts live across the road behind some trees. Interior is nicely decorated, with mod cons, but not over the top. Bunkhouse is cheerful and tidy (at least when you arrive!). Guests seemed to enjoy their stay; fishing, hunting, walking, and just enjoying the bright, clean weather.
