Established in this unique wilderness area by Charlie in 1995 this is arguably the most remote wilderness B&B and homestay in NZ. Accesible from Milford Sound by aeroplane (20minute flight and 2 hour walk) or direct by helicopter (15 minute flight). "Charlies Place" is nestled in the beautiful and historic ghost town of Jamestown Bay at Lake McKerrow surrounded by the beautiful podocarp rainforest and fantastic mountainous scenery of Fiordland National Park.
