Modern seaside accommodation built with B&B in mind. Large double glazed windows. Situated with views over the sea,port, onto the bay, city and mountains beyond.

We are adjacent to a walking and biking track, a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Sit in guests own living area.Floor to ceiling windows with TV and small kitchenette, and almighty views. Enjoy the peace and quiet away from road noise, just listen to the sea.

Timaru has the lovely Caroline Bay with a broadwalk along it's length. Great swimming in the summer, as well as the carnival which runs for a fortnight from boxing day on....great entertainment for the whole family.

Short drives to many of our country towns, wineries, as well as golf courses and rivers for fishing.

Come and spend a few days here, you will not be disappointed.
