Elizabeth court is a 17 bedroom former rest home which has been lovingly transformed into a B&B. Just a 3 minute walk to the central shopping area of Timaru and also close to all public amenities including our wonderful Caroline Bay.Only 2 hours to either Christchurch or Dunedin and also within a days travel to comfortably visit Aoraki Mount Cook, Lake Tekapo, and our fascinating Mackenzie country with its hydro power scheme, beautiful scenery, hunting and fishing.We are also just 5 doors away from Bidwell private hospital if family need somewhere to stay while you are a patient. Our motto at Elizabeth Court is "a home away from home" and yes do please put your feet up when you come to visit. Laundry facilities are available with 2 washing machines and a dryer and ironing facilities. Also we have a deck where you can relax and smoke if you wish or play a game of darts. Internet facilities are available and we also have a fax. There are two lounges one of which has sky television and a library and the other for quite reading. Come and stay a while.....
