The B&B was great, in a perfect location, and the views are just stunning. It felt like home, and with an artistic touch. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is warm and welcoming, and Linda is beautiful hosts. We definitely want to come back and stay longer. |

I suppose my comments are a little out of date, as I don't think this website existed when I had the privilege of visiting with Linda and Bruce in 1993!!! We're still talking about our visit, and dream about stopping about stopping by to see if Ian has slowed down just a little bit. Since meeting Bruce, I learned how to fly, and have met and befriended a bunch of fellows from the 352nd FG (Bodney) that may well have lifted a glass with him in London during WWII. Fighter pilots had nothing but respect for those poor bomber pilots like Bruce, although I'm sure they never would have said so to his face. I truly wish all the Haymans well. |

The memories of my stay here with my father will stay with me forever. As well as the great company, delicious food and oustanding location, nothing could beat being able to step out the house first thing in the morning and walking along the shores of a the huge bright blue lake (Pukaki) with a great snow topped mountain range stretching before you, mount cook looking straight at you, surrounded in wild lupins and nothing but the birds to share it with. Bliss. Linda and Bruce - Thank you for a truely special stay - we miss your company and your incredible house. |

Knew it was going to be special from the moment we hit the long stone track passing through the Tasman Downs. Superb hosts, very good food, stupendous views. Very interesting tour of farm. Will always remember being on the lawn at midnight with perfectly clear sky and Mount Cook illuminated and the lake shimmering. Visited in February 2006 |

I am glad I made the effort to take an early morning walk and see the sunrise light up the Ben ohau range west of your homestead. Thank you Roberta and have enclosed these wonderful photos for you. We hope to come again one day. |
