Welcome to our English-style cottage home. Built in 1913 and used as the Vicarage for 46 years, before passing to private owners who made sympathetic restorations. The outstanding feature is the exquisitely balanced garden, laid out in 'rooms'. Two upstairs guest rooms and bathroom enjoy a commanding view of the garden. Warm Oregan panelling and leadlight windows enhance the atmosphere. Situated in Mosgiel, close to the Airport, just 15 minutes from Dunedin. We are a retired Christian couple who enjoy gardening, architecture, tramping and history.
