Thank you Don and Shirley - you made us feel so welcome and looked after us well. You were very informative, advising us of local interesting places and we enjoyed our walk up to see the quarry garden. Lovely quiet area and the most beautiful garden - very peaceful.

We stayed here on 26/28 February this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were offered tea and cakes on arrival and there was tea and coffee making facilities as well. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Shirley and Don could not have been more welcoming, and we appreciated the helpful advice on what to see, bus timetables and the bookings made for us to see the albatross and penguin centres. We would definitely stay there again on any future visits.

Shirley and Don are friendly hosts and served a very nice breakfast. The house is older and dated but the bed was comfortable and the location quiet. Their garden is beautiful.

Dear Shirley & Don
Your home and breakfast was lovely however an offer of a hot drink or access to tea & coffee making facilities would have gone down very well on the rainy, cold afternoon we arrived and/or in the evening before bed. The electric blankets were fantastic but the rooms were not heated at all. We have stayed in many bed & breakfast establishments and this has been the only one that has lacked these winter warmers in such a cold place.
