Set amongst 16 acres of established woodland gardens, Garvan a truly superior boutique bed and breakfast/hotel boasting accommodation of the highest standards. The estate is a popular retreat throughout the warmer months when the cherry blossom, roses, rhododendrons and violets are at bloom. Autumn brings scarlet hues from the Virginia creeper and fiery backdrops of maples, oaks, elms and birches. Your host, Joanna and Malcolm take immense pride in the standards they have achieved. Joanna is a trained chef, so you will be treated to fabulous New Zealand food. Malcolm was in the NZ Police for 15 years, they have two children Georgina is 4 and Benjamin is 2.
