Our historic kauri homestead echoes with the whispers of yesterday. Experience the ambience of the past in the self-contained comfort of 'Miss Pharaoh's cottage'. In our unique home stay environment you may enjoy a continental breakfast, or perhaps a fresh flounder filet from the cool waters of the Kaipara Harbor. By arrangement, join us to hear Miss Pharaoh's story over a convivial glass, oysters perhaps, and a sizzling roast dinner from the Pines' original wood-fired stove. Perhaps some blackberry pie...? Pets on property.

Hospitality, history, happiness, this place has it all. This is a MUST STAY for any visitor to NZ as the Pines are an original house of the early settlers and Peter & Rowie are what Kiwi love & welcome are all about.
