Hakea Hill House at Parapara has views from its hilltop of all Golden Bay. The 2 story house is modern and spacious. Two guest rooms have large balconies; the third for children has bunk beds and a cot. American and New Zealand electric outlets are installed. Television, tea or coffee, telephone and broadband lines are available in rooms. Vic is a practising physician with an interest in astronomy. Liza is a quilter and cares for outdoor dogs. A welcoming and comfortable space with gracious and informative hosts. Gorgeous views and lots to see in the area make the drive over 'the hill' worth it.
