Gay and Merv Patch gave us a great welcome, making sure that we sat in the best chairs over tea for a view of the snow capped mountains out the window! The accommodation was very comfortable and Gay cooked us a beautiful breakfast. They were very knowledgeable about what to see in the local area and beyond on the rest of our journey.

Wonderful welcome when we arrived without booking on a cold and snowy night last April (2004). By the end of our one night stay we felt like old friends! Home made bread and buns were most welcome, spotless accommodation - you couldn't fault it.
