Seaview B&B commands stunning views of both Waimea Estuary and Richmond Mountains. Local waterfront restaurants are just a few minutes stroll along our direct estuary pathway . Easy 25 minute drive to either Nelson City or the famous "Abel Tasman" National Park, which is very popular with our guests for popular scenic boat/bush trek day walks and it,s Golden sandy beaches. Our modern home is nestled on elevated sunny garden setting being off-street,and very peaceful. Our guests often remark on our stunning estuary-vista, especially while breakfasting on the deck. Queen-size beds, private bathrooms, TV etc,in both the "Estuary-View" and "Garden" guest rooms.
Local Nelson vineyards and their cafe's surround us and we are also only a few minutes drive from "Rabbit Island" and its wonderful beaches for swimming and walking and picnic area's often being a holiday highlight for guests just to relax and enjoy.

Murray & Diana Brown were excellent hosts, so welcoming , thoughtful, gave us a pretty room with doors opening on to their impeccable garden with glorious views over the estuary. This was definately one of the best B&B's in our months stay in New Zealand

Murray and Diana were excellent hosts. friendly, unassuming, full of tips of where to find what to do, also had excellent local knowledge. Their home was lovely, and perfectly sited by the estuary, will definately go back.

A 10+. An excellent place to stay. A very warm welcome and wonderful breakfast. A home from home. We can't recommend it enough. Suffice to say it is one of the best if not the best we've stayed in.
