Welcome to our comfortable near new home. Quiet area, 10-15 minutes walk from Art Deco City centre. Guest suite opens outside to patio, petanque court and colourful garden. Lounge includes double bed settee, TV, kitchenette with tea making facilities, fridge and microwave. Bedroom has queen and single beds, ensuite bathroom. We have hosted for over 10 years and enjoy overseas travel. Able to meet public transport. Directions: port end Marine Parade, Coote Road, right into Thompson Road, left into Cobden Road opposite water tower.
