Ruth & Don welcome you to their comfortable home with its rural outlook and sunny attractive patio. The garden studio with ensuite and tea making facilities has its own entrance. We are situated on the outskirts of Napier City, the art deco city of the world, and in close proximity to wineries and many other tourist attractions. We both have a background in teaching, with interests in travel, gardening and photography.

This was the best home stay we had in North Island with a very warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, superb breakfasts and hosts who could not do enough for us. We felt that we had made good friends in a very short space of time. Highly recommended |

Despite the cold wet weather outside, this B&B was warm, the hosts friendly, the room was comfortable and the one thing we regretted- we could only stay one night! Thanks Ruth and Don. |

My six-day stay at Snug Harbour with Ruth and Don was an absolute gem of a time. Almost everything on the breakfast table is home-made. The immaculate cleanliness of the place matches the kind and caring hospitality of the hosts. |
