Directions From Porter Drive in the village of Havelock North , turn right into Middle Road, then first left into Lucknow Road. Travel to the top of the rise past the cemetery, past Kaponga Road and past Woodford House.

Karin and Doug offer luxury B&B accommodation in the heart of HAVELOCK NORTHand only minutes away from the Cities of Hastings and the Art Deco Capital of Napier. These locations offer you boutique shopping and a range of casual and fine dining, and also a short distance to many wonderful wineries that make this region so very very special. THE WHITEHOUSE offers spacious decks with a spa pool, breakfast is a highlight of your stay at THE WHITEHOUSE served at our formal dining table or alfresco on the deck. Also you could enjoy having Karin and Doug provide you with a fabulous evening cuisine using Hawke's Bay produce and fine wine. What a way to soak up the wonderful views as the sun sets over the distant ranges with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and Canapes. Karin and Doug also offer Taxi service from the airport or to enable our guests to enjoy a relaxed evening wineing and dining.

Local features that make Hawke's Bay such a wonderful tourist attraction are; Golf----we have 5 courses within 30 minutes drive with Cape Kidnappers leading the way. Cape Kidnappers offers the only mainland Gannet Colony------a leading visitor attraction. Art Deco Napier puts the region on the world map; February is the key month for most activities. Walking and cycling is a great way to get close to this wonderful region.
