After five months on the road, we experienced some great home-from-home hospitality at this B&B, great food from Barrie's barbeque, and plenty samples of home-grown wine. We enjoyed a braw Scottish welcome from Leslie and a spacious bedroom with huge spa bath – also welcome after five months staying in backpackers. Lots to do in Gisborne – some gorgeous beaches, vineyard tours (ask your hosts), and interesting town history. |
