This modern, two storey apartment is situated close to the beach and the town centre. It is very tastefully furnished with two queen-size bedrooms downstairs, a bathroom and a private spa-pool off the master bedroom is available for your use in a private court-yard. Upstairs is an extremely spacious lounge, dining area and a kitchen with all the mod-cons. There is a second toilet on the top floor. The lounge area opens up onto a private balcony which has commanding views of the surrounding Coromandel Ranges and the township of Whitianga. A BBQ awaits you on upstairs balcony.
