The Church is Hahei’s unique accommodation and dining experience. The restaurant in a restored 1916 Church offers delicious evening meals. Simple wooden cottages and three bedroom house are scattered through peaceful bush and gardens offering a range of accommodation.

All have ensuites, French doors and sunny verandahs opening into the gardens. Microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; some cottages and the house with full kitchens and studio woodfires for winter. Breakfast trays available by arrangement. Guest lounge and library with sky T.V. and internet. To Hahei Beach and Cathedral cove. Close to Hot water Beach. Explore the Coromandel Peninsula.

The Church is located near beautiful walks to the beach (Cathedral beach should not be missed) and the Whitianga ferry. The elegantly simple cottages look out on a lovely garden. The continental breakfast was very nice and the staff is helpful and friendly.
