Great place to stay. Very handy to the shops, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed the Dunnings company, they were most hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very tidy with modern decor and the view, very hard to beat. We will definitely be back when passing through the Bay of Plenty again. Kind regards, The Fairbanks

What a pleasure to find SEagulls B&B, the wonderful hospitality and very comfy bed with top quality bed linen topped off with a sensational breakfast with wonderful view. You cant get any better.

You wound´t find a hospitality anywhere else! A great place to relax, and for those who like to walk there´s a magnificant walk to another lovely beach not far at all. We are very happy to have met you Kay and John and with the pictures we´ve taken we´ll always remember you! Thank you.

We have travelled extensively in NZ and overseas and this would be the best place we have ever stayed, including many top hotels. Very good hosts & breakfast, a delight. We will certainly be back one day.

Fantastic, architechturally designed home with great view of the ocean. Very comfortable rooms with own lounge. Hosts are most welcoming and helpful. Great value. It doesn't get any better than this.

Tasteful & beautiufully decorated with Natural objects. Peaceful & private accommodation. Near the sea (walking distance). Sound of surf & views of Pacific. Good food & understated hospitality.
