We offer a warm and friendly welcome to our home, which we share with our 2 daughters. Enjoy the quiet; unique location of this beautiful old farmhouse built in the late 1800's. Our 90 acres farmland is part of the Kaikoura Peninsula. Located on the waterfront gives spectacular views of the sea and mountains.Ideally situated for walks on and around Kaikoura Peninsula and the Seal Colony.Short walk to top Kaikoura restaurants.We run daily Sheep Shearing Shows, have farm dogs and a cat.

This property should be recommended for its outstanding position - 5 minutes walk to the seal colony and opposite the bay. A very comfortable room with views to the bay where we saw dolphins swim past. It is on a sheep farm so has the added attraction of being close to sheep and Peter Smith puts on daily shearing shows.
