Churchill park lodge is conveniently located in central Kaikoura on SHWY1 (Churchill street) on the hill, capturing the magnificent Kaikoura mountain and sea views.

We welcome you to our purpose built self contained upstair units with ensuite bathrooms (the double ensuite is compact, but well appointed). We get many guest comments on how comfy the beds are here.

The units have free wireless internet, T.V., fridge, lounge settee, dining suite, balcony table and chairs, heating and electric blankets with tea and coffee making facilities including plunger coffee. There is also off street parking and a private guest entrance with laundry facilities available.

We serve a continental breakfast to your room for you to enjoy at your leisure.

We believe the sea and mountain views from your room are unbeatable in Kaikoura.

Our B&B is only 5 minutes walk through Churchill park to the town centre where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, the information centre and beach.

Cilla and Gordon are a down to earth "Kiwi" couple, who are keen fishermen. You are welcome to join us on any trips we have planned, checking the lobster pots, catching a fish by boat or surfcasting from the beach.

Also the local stream has many brown trout which are very challenging to catch.

We have two friendly dogs (who do not have access to the guest area) "Miss Spanky" a fun Bichon/Tibetan terrier X and "Xena" an aging pointer.

We can book local activities or tours and will happily meet you at the bus or train.
