Located Northwest corner of Christchurch 5 km from Airport off Wairakei Road or via Memorial Avenue, left onto Ilam Road, past Aqualand, on to Aorangi Road. Walking distances to local shops and restaurants. Welcome to bring home takeaways. Complimentary tea, coffee. laundry, ironing facilities available. 3 minute walk to bus route, 10 minutes ride to City Centre, passing Botanical Gardens, Museum, Art Centre. Inspection welcomed.
