Welcome to Ferntree Cottage,conveniently close to most of the many attractions Rotorua has to offer. Lake Rotorua is only 60 metres away, a city bus stop is two mins walk and the shops, cafes & restaurants are less than 3km from Ferntree Cottage.
Our guesthouse has two rooms. The Garden room has an ensuite bathroom, queen bed,TV, stereo, fridge, tea & coffee making and lots of little extras. Own entrance, off street parking & no smoking. The smaller Lavender room has twin beds, a private bathroom and a separate toilet room shared with your hosts.
Pretty garden outlook from both rooms. Off Street parking.
When you arrive, join us for a cuppa or cold drink. We are happy to offer advice on the many attractions in this exciting area of New Zealand.

Val & Geoff were very warm & friendly. They even provided us with a breakfast selection in our room when we were planning an early departure at 0500. The B&B is beautiful and very well maintained.

Grand hosts, very accomodating!! Fresh room flowers, movies in room for guest use, true home comfort! Extras in bathroom (creams etc) microwave, refrigerator, snacks and drinks , just wonderful!! My only regret is that we had just two days here. If ever back in Rotorua we will call the Brannan's first.

Loved everything about this B&B. Val and Geoff made sure we were always made very welcome, and they gave us every possible thing we could want, sometimes before we even knew we wanted it! Extremely clean and well appointed. Breakfasts delicious. Really hope we can go back one day. Highly recommended.
