A great central location: city 5 minutes, Whakarewarewa Forest adjacent (glow-worms at night!), lakes and thermal nearby. Enjoy Aroden's style, peace and character: 2 lounge areas, well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds and fine linen, modern bathrooms (excellent showers), central heating/open fire, patio, spa under the stars, luxuriant garden with native tree collection. Leonie, background in teaching, and Paul, scientist, are fifth generation Kiwi with real knowledge of this remarkable area. And meet Taupo, Paul's delightful guide dog. Breakfast is special - this couple enjoys food! Leonie parle francais.
