Thankyou Joy & Lin for a great stay once again in your lovely home.You make us both feel most welcome and your home is a credit to you both. Stayed in Dec 2007 for 5 nights and had a lovely time , christine was a very warm and welcoming person nothing was too much trouble.Her christmas tree is something too see it looks like its just come out of harrods window ,im back to stay this Dec 2011 for a couple of nights looking forward too it .

Leonie and Paul were the perfect hosts very helpful and informative nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and the rest of the accomadation was very homely and peaceful. Breakfast was also memorable with a great selection.

Set in the most peaceful and idyllic surroundings, you will never be disappointed. The hosts were very warm and friendly and I can unreservedly recommend Ashpit Place as THE place to stay

This wonderful B&B was a real find and surpassed all our expectations. Firstly the magnificent location & views, equalled by the delightful interesting hosts & their excellent hospitality & meals. The perfect place!
