Joy and Lin are great hosts and go out of their way to help and give advice. The location is perfect with panoramic views across the lake. The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. The accommodation is spotless and spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet all within an exclusive part of the house. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty so all in all as you can tell, we had a great time. |

This is the B&B I want to take with me on my 3 month tour of NZ! The rooms are beautifully presented and scrupulously clean. Warmly welcomed with tea & homemade cakes, I was made to feel like an old friend throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Lin & Joy well informed about area and advised me most thoughtfully so that I enjoyed Rotorua immensely. Most delicious breakfast. |
